Biography
Hamid Sohrabian was killed on January 9, 2026 (19 Dey 1404) during the Iranian protest movements, known as the 'Lion and Sun revolution.' Although one source mentions his death in the Gas Square area of Rasht, more detailed accounts consistently place his death in Rudbar, Gilan. His daughter shared a poignant video memorial, highlighting the profound and lasting grief over her father's loss.
حمید سهرابیان در ۱۹ دی ۱۴۰۴ (۹ ژانویه ۲۰۲۶) در جریان جنبشهای اعتراضی ایران که به «انقلاب شیر و خورشید» نیز معروف است، کشته شد. اگرچه یک منبع به کشته شدن او در منطقه فلکه گاز رشت اشاره دارد، گزارشهای دقیقتر دیگر به طور مداوم محل جان باختن او را رودبار، گیلان ذکر کردهاند. دخترش ویدیویی تاثیرگذار به یاد او منتشر کرده و به غم عمیق و ماندگار ناشی از از دست دادن پدرش اشاره کرده است.
